Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Naas, Co. Kildare our organically grown business now employs six full-time staff and three part-time contractors we are ready to take it to the next level with the hiring of a Business Development Manager.

Fusion Marketing are members of the Kildare Chamber, Network Kildare, Marketing Institute of Ireland, and Business Network International. We take on projects big and small with the clients’ business and brand at the heart of everything we do.

Fusion Digital is seeking a Business Development Manager to build and develop new client Partnerships and manage ongoing projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Marketing, B2B Business Development and/or Sales.

Major Goals and Responsibilities

  • Source leads for potential business.
  • Produce sales materials, e.g. proposals, presentations, etc.
  • Build and maintain client relations.
  • Manage current projects

The Role

  • Client Relations: Developing and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Researching connections and making initial contact with potential clients. Utilising social media  and professional networks.
  • Create and work with the team using our platforms to create lead generation
  • Ensure there is a constant pipeline of potential new clients and report on this pipeline
  • Manage and have ownership of end-to-end marketing campaigns in order to generate new leads
  • Business Development Tracker: Utilising our project management software to maintain the Business Development database of potential and existing clients for potential services.
  • Attend meetings either in personal or online and create proposals for new projects
  • Working closely with the MD with sales plans and forecasting
  • Join networking groups and build strategic partnerships with business in order to generate referrals for the business
  • Manage the sales targets and report weekly to the MD


What you’ll bring to the team

  • 4 years of experience in B2B Business Development, Marketing, and sales
  • Experience as a Partnerships Manager, Business Development Manager or Account Manager
  • Proven success in building relationships with new companies
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work at a fast pace
  • Strong project management and reporting capabilities
